How to Go About the Evaluation Process

  • ✓ Attend Madfrog Evaluation Clinics — the evaluation window opens Monday, May 4th. Verbal offers can be made starting May 18th.
  • ✓ Registration options for evaluation clinics are posted above.
  • ✓ Ask questions about our club and coaches so you know what to expect.
  • ✓ If you are not currently with Madfrog, no specific team offers can be made until May 18th.
  • ✓ Contact our Madfrog coaches for your age group and let them know you are interested in playing for Madfrog.
  • ✓ If your athlete is a current Madfrog player wanting to return, communication is key — attend our evaluation clinics and communicate with the coaches in your age group.
